Bjørn and his partner came and gave their input to my team on how to work strategically with stakeholder managment. They showed an extremely good ability to relate to the complex situation of managing innovation within the UN. It was great for the team to get an expert's perspective on how to manage stakeholders in an organisation where this is extremely important, and extremely complex.
